      Celebrating God’s Creation

Earth Day Events at Bethlehem:

April 8th 

– Take time to celebrate and give thanks for the outdoors, as Spring begins to bloom. 

– Walk the Prayer Walk at BUMC, beginning in the Prayer Circle between the front steps of the church and choir room building.

April 14

Green Team members Sandy Kelson and Gini Milne, with Trustee Jim Woodford, stand alongside the newly planted Eastern Redbud. 

April 15

– Join us for a light lunch and showing of An Inconvenient Sequel, 1 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Climate changes; truth does not.


April 22

 – The children will be making peanut butter bird feeders in the fellowship hall, and the United Methodist Women will host a plant sale of perennials, houseplants, vegetables and more outside. Come join this fun-filled celebration of Earth Day.


April 29 

– Choose your own expression of gratitude for the good earth given to us with God’s blessing.
