Music is an important part of worship at BUMC
Chancel Choir
Our Chancel Choir sings an anthem on Sunday morning during the 8:45 and 11:00 worship services. Choir Director Robert Downey has served as organist and choir director for over 25 years.
The choir rehearses every Thursday evening at 6 pm from September through May. Two major productions take place each year including a Christmas cantata and an Easter cantata.

Bridge Praise Band
Rhythms of Grace Praise Band provides contemporary music during The Bridge service. The band rehearses weekly and leads worship at 9:45 in The Bridge on Sunday mornings. Contact Susan Hughes.
Handbell Choir
The Chancel Bells provide music in worship every four to six weeks. New members are welcome. For more information, contact the director, Randi Paul.
Special Concerts
Special choral and handbell music programs are held at Easter and Christmas. In addition, at least one organ concert per year is hosted for the community on the Rodgers Infinity 489 church organ.
