New Class starting October 29 via Zoom
Facilitated by Randy Camden
This year, 2020, has been ____________! If you are like me, “great”, “easy”, or uneventful” would not be the blank filler. Things like masks, quarantine, Covid, Zoom, and Church by reservation have become all too commonplace. I am missing the familiar faces and shared hugs of family.
In a four week Zoom (there’s that word again) program, we will attempt to get a handle on ” how we’re doing”. The weeks and topics will be:
1. October 29. Stress and Crisis.
2. November 5 Depression: What it might look and feel like to me.
3. November 12 Anxiety: What it might look and feel like to me.
4. Local resources for help.
This will not be a DVD based program, nor is there a book to buy. Handouts from reliable sources like the Cleveland Clinic, NIMH, and NAMI ( National Alliance on Mental Illness) will be provided. Shared knowledge and experiences can open doors to understanding. I hope you can join us! Email Randy Camden ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to register for the class or for more information.
