Within the life of our church, music abounds. There are many opportunities to become part of the music ministry or enjoy music within the service and at other times.
Chancel Choir
Our Chancel Choir sings an anthem most Sundays at both the 8:45 and 11:00 services. Choir Director, Robert Downey has served as organist and choir director for over 25 years. The choir meets every Thursday evening for practice from September through May. Two major productions take place each year including a Christmas cantata and an Easter cantata. Those interested in joining the choir should contact the Choir Director for additional information.
The Chancel Choir was honored to have been invited to perform in 2024 at Carnegie Hall under the direction of Joel Raney.
Praise Band
Rhythms of Grace Praise Band provides contemporary music during the bridge service.
Hand Bells
The Chancel Bells provide music in worship every four to six weeks. New members are welcome. For more information, contact the director, Randi Paul.
Church Organ
A church organ is a critical tool in worship. In 2024, our congregation invested in a Rodgers Infinity 489 church organ. It is state of the art and was fully installed in early 2025. A series of organ dedications and concerts will be held in the coming year. We feel honored to share this remarkable instrument with the community.
